FAQ’s

• Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do!

Standard tracked International Shipping to New Zealand is $20 or $25 worldwide.

Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout and/or your PayPal address is up to date. We do not take responsibility for lost parcels where an incorrect address has been supplied.

International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

• How much is shipping?

Australia – We offer standard tracked shipping at a flat rate of $10 Australia wide.
International – Standard tracked International Shipping to New Zealand is $20 or $25 worldwide.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

Australian Orders – Generally we will process your order within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for shipping for standard post. If you require express post within Australia please select “Express Post” from the “Lets Shop” page or click this link to add to your cart. Please allow 1-2 business days provided you are located within the express post network.

International Orders – Generally we will process your order within 2 business days. Please allow the additional time frame below for your region:

  • New Zealand – 4 – 6 business days
  • Asia Pacific – 6 – 13 business days
  • Western Europe – 6 – 13 business days
  • North America – 6 – 13 business days
  • Rest of the world – 10 – 15 business days

Please allow extra time during public holidays.

Above time frames are for standard tracked shipping. Please contact us on hola@jnrst.com.au if you require express shipping outside of Australia.

• Do you provide express post?

Definitely! We can upgrade your order to express post. Sometimes we just need things in a rush!

Australia Wide – If you require express post within Australia please select “Express Post” from the “Lets Shop” page or click this link to add to your cart. Please allow 1-2 business days provided you are located within the express post network.

International – Please contact us at hola@jnrst.com.au if you require express shipping outside of Australia.

• What is your sizing like?

Our sizes are generally true to size but may have slight variations such as slim fit or longer in length in which case will be stated in the product description.

We recommend you check our product descriptions and the size chart before you make a decision. We have measured our garments laying flat so the best way to decide on a size is to measure it against something you already own.

• Oops I need to change my order, is that possible?

If you have already submitted your order but need to change it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can check the status of your order and hopefully get it early enough in order to change it.

• What is the best way of contacting you?

Your best option is to send us an email to hola@jnrst.com.au with as much information as possible. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

• I don’t have a PayPal account, how can I make my purchase?

Not a problem! If you have a credit or debit card you can follow the PayPal process on our website and select to pay via credit card instead.

• Can I exchange?

We are happy to exchange for you, provided we have the item in stock and the returned item is in its original condition including tags, unwashed and unworn. You must email us within 7 days of receiving your items so we can assist you with this.

All postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels so we highly recommend you send them back with tracking.

• Do you provide a refund?

We will happily provide a refund on an item that is faulty. The item must be in its original condition including tags, unwashed and unworn. You must email us within 7 days of receiving your items so we can assist you with this.
